I loved it, this is what my dog needed. It comes with a charge so it can be tested and used immediately, it cut its nails very well and my dog didn't get scared.

The material of the sanding body seems to be a good quality plastic. The equipment and light and comfortable to hold, it is very quiet and the vibration is smooth, the protective piece over sandpaper and well attached, however, easy removal for cleaning. As well as the piece with the sandpaper, being very fixed and easy to change.
Charging is micro-USB and the cable is 1 m long, depending on the manual battery life is 8H, but when I used the duration was just over 1H (maybe battery was not full charge).
I used the product today to file the nails of my chorras and the result was great. Can buy without fear.
It works well, I have already filed my dog's nails and it went well. I feel very satisfied with the product
